$phpwcms["root"] not set correct during setup

$phpwcms["root"] was set without slaches
testscmsphpwcms

instead of :
tests/cms/phpwcms

phpwcms runs well but i can´t change the layout
changes are not accepted!

Maybe you have set "tests\cms\phpwcms" manually. I have test it - no problem - also not in setup. Use "/" -> no "\" - also on windows.
