Nope.....the page is being seen in html, not php

I haven't been able to get into the admin section of wcms to setup my site.

did you try adding a trailing slash to your root? "phpwcms/"

Second Attempt

OK....

I deleted my database and users
reinstalled setup
went through the entire setup process with no errors (all green)
From the final setup screen with all green I selected "login"
I logged in with the admin login I setup
The login was successful, but I stayed on the login screen and the
users online shows that I am logged in, but I don't seem to be able to do anything to get off the screen. I must be missing something....like a brain! :)

I tried to load phpwcms/index.php
it appears to be blank

When you login successfully, shouldn't the login script take you into the program for admin?

And yes, I did tick the create tables and create admin...

I checked all the instructions @ http://docu.fhss.de/inst_en.shtml

I cannot find anything which I might have left off.

Please verify that when you login you should go into the back end?

This is frustrating for what seems to be a fairly straight forward installation.

I'm currently (in another browser window) staring at
http://www.ideas4youhosting.com/phpwcms/login.php
The left side shows me logged in as admin.
Where can I go from here?
If I go to http://www.ideas4youhosting.com/phpwcms/index.php
I get a blank screen

hello

please try something an upload the conf.inc.php again!

and it's normal that you have nothing at the index.php cos you have no layout or template created!

Current conf.inc.php

The only thing I changed in here is the passwords.....to ******** of course that's for security on this forum. The passwords are actually set to their values.

Again, the setup seemed to be entirely successful, except that login doesn't take me to back end, just shows me logged in.... as you can see for yourself by clicking this link...

Thanks for your efforts to assist me....
