i use the search function from windows search in the phpwcms extracted folder and found this (i serach for the german ones)

and found this!

path : include/inc_lang/de/ (in this case) all other lang you will also find there! the file is called lang.inc.php

It's -=important=- to keep a couple things in mind here...

1. There is only ONE author of this GREAT script. EVERYONE else here are only USERS, not part of the programming team and not having ALL the answers

2. Pappnase illustrated point #1 in his answer... All he DID was use SEARCH function of Windows to locate RELEVANT text and determine the ANSWER to your question

3. ALL users SHOULD use the SEARCH function of this forum -and- of their OS. No member of this forum is -=OWED=- an answer

4. Until we can CLONE more users like PAPPNASE, who spend so MUCH time and answer SO MANY questions... we will have to do SOME of our own work FIRST, before asking for help

Normally a new user gets a email with information about his new account.
Thats fine , but only some of the words are in german and not in my language dutch.
Further more I want to change the adres of the website: not the standard. http://blablabla.bla.bla BUT
http://blablabla.bla.bla/phpwcms/ (that blabla etc isn't a real url), I want to add an other path, because my website is running one level deeper

ALSO, part of the problem MAY be that the file used (lang.inc.php) may not be COMPLETE for some languages...

For instance "/nl/lang.inc.php" does not have these portions that have been added (to /en/lang.inc.php) subsequent to whomever helped with translation(s):
