This happens when updating an article (not add content part just edit article)

error while updating article basis information:
UPDATE phpwcms_article SET article_cid=0,article_title='Welcome!', article_keyword=

Any idea's... Im using the latest release.

you use the latest version but it's an updatet older version?! right!?
so please run the upgrade.php file in the setup folder.
