patch 2003.11.22 istalled -> menu highlights disappeared

After uploading the new files, the left menu is no more highlighted (mouseover)

Yeah sorry. Maybe I have tested something - and forgot to reset this.
Not read the readme.txt in inc_conf?

Please only copy the part from conf.template_default.inc.php
that's new $template_default["related"], $template_default["news"].
