phpwcms Forum updated to phpBB 3.3.5

The phpBB forum software was updated to version 3.3.5.
Open an issue if there is something missing or not working as expected.
I really don't know why uploads/attachments seems not to work any longer for normal users. I have checked all permissions and usually it should work. Let me know if you have a solution for this.
