Does WCMS use visual edit?

Because it looks exactly the same, this would be the first time I have ever seen an opensource application use a license for another application.

phpWCMS uses the SPAW Editor :

which is licenced under the GNU public license. Funny, it looks excactly like visualedit. Ah, I found a litte hint, visualedit is based on technology of solmetra who released the spaw editor

I did notice that graphic banner, didn't think to look on SF.

Oh well, thought wcms was the first opensource app to use commercial addons.
