FeedDemon is the best, but it is about 30 bucks (http://bradsoft.com/feeddemon/index.asp)

Awasu is good, has a free version (awasu.com);

Abilon is decent and free (http://www.abilon.org/)

If you use Firefox of Mozilla, you can also use the RSS extension - it gives you a sidebar for the feed categories and you can read your feeds in the browser.

I also use BlogLines - it's hosted, and free
