phpBB Updated to 3.1.9

Ahoi Community,

The phpwcms support forum got an update to phpBB version 3.1.9. It's now responsive, more modern and whatever … as far I could test everything seems to run stable. The hosting account was moved to another machine too and so the email server does.

If you see any problem with the update please open an issue.

This was step one to some more improvements regarding phpwcms’ web presence.
