Commit cc2f1114 brings some important changes. The config files were moved from config/phpwcms to include/config.

Additionally setup script will try to create conf.inc.php itself at the correct position include/config/conf.inc.php. It should be unnecessary to install conf.inc.php manually as needed for more than a decade — I hope so. It might fail.

Please test yourself and report any issues.

No, it didn't fail. Everything did work as expected during installation Will test the system itself...

Yes, that's more challenging than a virgin installation

After update first login will also try to move the old config to the new position.
