trigger tabs (accordion) to open/close via link on same page

Hi all
I want to trigger the open/close of tab (accordion) containers not only by clicking on the tab title of that tab but also by clicking on a link somewhere else on that page. How can I do that?

PS: while we are at it … maybe if that works, there is also an external link to call for this page and open s specific tab automatically …
