sorry made an error! you not mean the space melow the image!

wich release did you use!?

cos i can't find in any settings this.

maybe it's to old!?

cos i the latest version of phpwcms you have a lot more settings
wich you can edit in the conf.template_default.inc.php.

i can't see your site for some reason but you will find a 'header space' in the layout area of the ADMIN section. this may be set to 5. set it to 0.

without seeing the page it would be hard to say for sure this is it.
