Checkbox "don't display summary in full article"

If you click on the checkbox "don't display summary in full article" it is without any consequences. The summary stays on the following side.
Ok, that`s no big problem, because you can manage it in the templates, but I think it is worth to mention it.

did you use a hack or change something else!? I can't conifrm the bug use the 3.6.2004 patched to 6.8.2004 version. And it Works fine.

here see at my space i have create to articles with summary the first article when you hit more would not show the summary the second shows it.

Yes, I use the newest release RC4 (8.6.). Later I will show you it on my test-server.
At the moment I have solved it by changing the template: http://www.kafkaesk.de/literatur_kafka.shtml

This is NO bug. This effects only when using NO template. If you do not want to have any summary displayed use a special template to simulate this.

Sure, Oliver, but I have used templates. At first the sample templates, later my own.
