Hi guys,

I am looking for a documentation system for networks and computer hardware. We want to record all network parameters and alle types of hardware, so the support can access these informations if needed, Does anybody know a software wich provides these features ?

for security i would take snort and an open source sniffer like ethereal... for hardware monitoring there are good OS solutions too
