End user manual for phpwcms in English and Dutch

Hi All,
I've made an end user manual for phpwcms in Dutch [nl] and English [uk]. I give this to my customers as a start and with a little workshop they mostly manage to maintain a website by themselves. Maybe this is useful for other people.
