Hello everyone,

I have a few questions concerning phpwcms.

Is it possible with this cms software to integrate a lyrics database, a concert chronology, similar to what is listed here for example:

http://www.fivehorizons.com/tour/cc/t1992.shtml

Or here is another version for a live archive:

http://www.theskyiscrape.com/news/index.php

These are just examples. I am very new to all this and have no php experience whatsoever. So these questions might seem stupid to you.

A final question. Is there also a possibility with phpwcms to integrate a rating system that is generated by public voting?

I will give an example:

All songs by a band are listed according to their rating.

If you want to vote for a song, you give it something from 1-5 stars (like on amazon.com). That way the 1.song will be the song that has the best votes etc.

I hope I am not too confusing. :?

there are plenty of free GPL scripts that are for this purpose exactly. a strength of phpwcms is that it allows you to seemlesly include exterior script like these in articles. I wouldn't try to second guess oliver but he does appear to hold the opinion that if something has been done WELL else where and can be included in phpwcms articles with ease then there would little point spending precious time re invening the wheel because you would like a different tread on the tire.
