Is anyone available to help?

I'm needing - still - someone who can help me to upgrade our site. Part of it was upgraded to the previous upgrade, and the rest is still on the old version which cannot be updated from a Vista OS. I am not skilled enough to do the upgrade job without messing it up, and I am having trouble finding anyone who is willing to help me in this.

Upgrades required on all domains: Drustvo/Institut/Studije/Team
Administrator comp runs on Vista - therefore all admin work needs to be functioning in Vista.
Suggestions welcome.
