internal link offset, acat_alias?

I went to see mysql of this slow site because internal link replacament [ID 120]YT[/ID]
gave me result of page wit content id 122.
Heres a snapshot from phpadmin, theres some extra numbers in some of acat_alias.
They never show in PHPWCMS editor. What are them, error signs?
