E-mail contact form error

Hi,

i am busy with a website and i was making an Email Contact form.
It works fine but then i added 1 more rule / type to the form. That works fine 2. But now i want to delete that rule and that doesn' work anymore.
I know how to delete is, you check the box from the trashcan and save the page.

What is going wrong? Anyone got a solution for me?
