hi,

at one of my sites i got the following problem:
- I log in without error-message
- i show up at logged in users

but i get the login screen again...

when i login in again, all fine.....

what's going wrong there?

I think this is a path issue, would you re-check or post the offending conf.inc.php

path is correct...

Hi SNap, what is you host/server system settings? phpinfo? conf.inc.php?

i think i got it...

i have two different domains pointing to the same webspace. If i use the one thats in conf.inc.php, all works fine...

i do not understand that completely because the domain/path exists for both domains....

This is a shot in the dark because my code knowledge is limited. I had the same problem and I think I either...

1. added the "www" to my URL in the config file

or

2. went to my users and deleted one of the two webmaster listings in there.
You can get two if you run the setup a couple of times.

Keeping my fingers crossed.

i solved it with a workaround... i put the 'short' domain-name in config... no problem any more
