Mail Error

Hello!
I recently had a change made my server. Now my home page, visitors can see the contact is not used as a transit via the integrated PHP mailer is not possible. The user receives an error message: Mail could not be initialized. The same problem arises naturally when someone enters the guestbook, because every time I record a mutual agreement to receive mail.
