phpwcms Support Forum

Todayi tried to install phpwcms on localhost. I completed setup without any error when i goto index.php there were nothing except an error about including C:\Pearl dir. How can i solve that or should I use another PHP localhost program.

System:

MS Windows Vista HP SP1
WAMP Server 2.0g
