how to make in order to write a short description of the beginning, and continue the rest of the text?

There's no 'short/long description', the way you mean.
You can use the article --> SUMMARY as the short description and the article itself as the long description.

CP = 'content part' "Teaser/link article" for example is showing the summary text (short info) and a "read more" link. The article is displayed long description (detail view) when you click it.
