xml error message?!

hi all,
wonder if you can help out. I am running wcms quite happily, but occasionally I get the error attached when I attempt to link a file via FKEditor or spaw? It is happenning more and more and basically stops me from my diretories where I store pdfs etc
Any suggestions very welcome!
