Is there a way to assign multiple image sizes within this content part?

I have four images with four captions. Is this accomplished in the caption box, similar to url links. And if so, how?

What do you mean with multiple image sizes - each image should have a different size in frontend? If yes, that is not possible.

Use different content parts for every image should have another size.
