Why there are no place for changelogs

In the Admin-Area ther eis a message - wich appear, if there are new Updates.
But the Link doesn't link directly to a page where is an overview.

Why ther isn't still a page where Useres cann see all Updates and Changelogs...
This is not so much work, but would be very very nice for phpwcms-users !!!
