A website for a salsa dance group based in Boston.
It's not completely finished yet. still some minor work to do...
And we're still looking for a good calendar integration, tips are welcome...

Gratulation. Looks very nice. Your navigation is static, right? Or are the links created by phpwcms? What is your secret? I know, there is a way for flash to get links from an xml file which gets the information from a mysql database (with help of a php script).

The colors.... I would prefere more "fire". Maybe more accents in red/orange/yellow/purple.

Yes the navigation is static, it's using an xml file....
If indeed there is a way to get this from an automatic created xml file would be even better.
Didn't have time to look at it yet... but if you have any clues where I can find more information about this let me know...

Hmmmm. I know, what to do but I don't know how to do it!

I can give you some input, but you need somebody who is doing that for you/us/phpwcms. A flash navigation would be an evolution in the world of phpwcms.

1. You need a php that reads the mySQL table with the relevant entries and saves these entries in a XML file
2. Your flash-Menu has to read this xml file.

Here a video tutorial "mySQL -> PHP -> Flash".

sounds simple, but it will be different from this tutorial. I even dont know, in which mySQL table I have to search for the level structure.

That goes for me also.. I do understand it.
I know Fulvio made FCMS. We're going to take a look at it, it would be a nice thing to be able to just include a dynamic menu instead of static.
Maybe I / we should post this somewhere else see if people can help make this reality.
