Guestbook (basic issue)

Hello all,
I am trying to add a little buffer in my guestbook. The guestbook has all the features that I need save for one thing: the ability to monitor my entries and delete anything inappropriate before it goes live on my site; sort of a "approve" or "diapprove" feature. I am not sure if this is doable or if anybody has already done this.
