Hi all,


DF6IH has today built a "pseudo" module for the Replacement Tag Helper by Goran.

This was the original thread by Goran:

I have changed the appearance of the new module a little bit. Now it looks this way:



The Replacement Tags Helper module contains all RepTags that are in content.func.inc.php as of 2008/06/12.
I have re-sorted the RepTags in the way they appear at the Docu site and have also added the direct access script by Oliver Georgi
Furthermore I have added alt descriptions so that all browsers can show the balloon tips for every RepTag.


But there are still the following To-Do's:

- Unfortunately it is not a real module like OG has done it with the shop or glossary...
- An english language file for the balloon tips has been prepared for a possible automatic language switch depending on the language set in the backend
- Translation of the english language file into other languages has to be done.
- If you know further replacement tags that are not yet in this new module (or if you simply want the zip file), please feel free to continue this thread or contact me...

But would'nt it be better, to have the RTs inside the ADMIN and ARTIKEL - Sections instead of MODULE

Maybe at the bottom of the normal formfields... so a copy&past action could be done quick like a flash of lightning!

Is it possible, to have a download, for an own trial on my localhost?

Actually i´m adding this module into mine. You have a dropdown box at the top of the Page near "Profile Admin"
This dropdownbox is realized as an css and javascript mechanism, so you can acccess it like the buttons in the wysiwig editor.
Marking a text in the editor, select your RT from menu --> and thats it.

I have only enhanced the module by DF6IH (Jürgen). Certainly it would be better to have the module near the articles, but I don't have the knowledge to program it this way. Let's see what lindesbs does with his module...

I think a much much easier and better idea, would be, to provide all Tags as simple Webpage which can be loaded in Sidebar of Browser (I think most of you, use Firefox for developent, but IE or any other prowser provides this too) (like this: http://ql.aonic.net/ or that http://www.bigbaer.com/sidebars/entities/)

what do you think?

no need to install a module into phpwcms system, no manual update of module, just provide a link inside phpwcms left navigation, to bookmark/open this refrencesite into sidebar?!
And there must be someone who host and update this single webpage with all new Tags, phpwcms version where this Tag is available, description.
And maybe there is a copy2clipboard feature?! (and a google add )

that's just my idea for making daily work easier.

You will have in the backend a new Menuitem with a dropdown menu within all preavailable RTs. If you have selected one, it will automatically inserted in that position where your cursor was in the editor.

An alpha-version will be available asap.

Habe nun im Backend ein Menu mit den bestehenden RTs. Das ausgewaehlte Element wird dann automatisch an der Stelle eingefuegt, wo sich der Benutzer in der Editbox befindet. War es so gewuenscht ?

Eine alpha-Release wird aber fruehestens morgen abend kommen. Muss einiges noch schoen machen.

das sieht ja schon klasse aus
obwohl ich versuchen würde, die "Leichtigkeit" in der Darstellung dem Original-Backend anzupassen, bzw. beizubehalten.
D.h., weniger "dunkele" Escheinung bzw. Hintergründe.

Ein Problem ist der eingeschränkte Raum, der in der linken Spalte zur Verfügung steht, was bei längeren Code-Einschüben recht unübersichtlich werden könnte.

Deshalb meine Frage, ob das ggf. in einer weiteren Version als "schwebendes Fenster mit Anpassungsmöglichkeit der Abmessungen an eigene Bedürfnisse" möglich wäre???

Ich will aber mit allem zufrieden sein, nicht daß du denkst, ich wäre unverschämt...

Auf jeden Fall werd ich mir deine Version mal einbinden... eine NEUE rXXX-Version steht schon auf meinem localhost parat!

Ich werde dann versuchen, möglichst alles an RTs einzubinden, was mir zum momentanen Zeitpunkt bekannt ist.
Dazu alles, was ich mir pers. habe an scriptlets habe einfallen lassen.....

Um das Raumproblem zu lösen, wäre ICH sogar bereit, wenn sich beim Öffnen der RT-Auswahl das komplette Backend verbreitern (nach rechts verchieben) würde... ist ja nur für die "Aktion des Aussuchens"....
Vielleicht ein gangbarer Kompromiss?????

- Der RT Bereich ist "nur durch Zufall" im linken Menuebereich. Ich hatte mir als Gadget ueberlegt, das Fenster dynamisch auf dem Canvas zu positionieren, d.h. der Benutzer positioniert das selbst. Klappt auch hier schon.
- Ich habe so programmiert, das man auch dynamisch die RTs nachladen koennte, also quasi mit einem Mirror synchronisieren. Ginge eigentlich auch recht einfach.
- Die neue Version kommt spaeter.
- Ich bin designmaessig ein Idiot. Um die grafische Repraesentation muesste sich jemand anders kuemmern. Kann per CSS gemacht werden.

Die Idee mit dem Synchronisieren gefaellt mir momentan am besten zum Realisieren....

wenn ich mich recht erinnere, dann war die Anzeige nur als ADMIN möglich und nur unter TEMPLATES und ARTIKEL.
Das scheint mir auch durchaus sinnvoll!
Ist das auch weiterhin so?
Oder kann das ggf. sogar angepasst werden?

...vielleicht könnte man dann gleich auch mit pepes privatem Scriptletserver syncronisieren? Wäre das ein Feature? Wie, ja? Na dann ...

Ich überlege gerade, ob man die Scriptlets ggf. in einer eigenen Datei ablegen kann, an einem beliebigen Ort... online oder im Scriptsatz. Einstellbar im MODUL.

Dann wäre das Modul fertig...
aber die Scriptlets und RTs wären durch Erweitern oder Austausch der Datei fix anpassbar

- So habe gerade mit eingefuehrt, das man selbst die Menuepunkte angeben kann, wo man das Auswahlmenu haben kann.
- Das Auswahlmenu ist in einem anderen Layer, sodass das Dropdownmenu quasi "ueber" allem anderen liegt. Position des Fensters kann beliebig verschoben werden.
- Synchronisieren der RTs Vorgaben kann mittels eines Mirrors gestaltet werden.

Nun muss das alles "nur" noch per Backend konfiguriert werden koennen.
