Hello,
is there a template where i can change how feeds look like when using RT [RSS] ?
I want to add the article image.

try: template\inc_cntpart\rssfeed\default.html
copy it, rename it and edit it, you should see the new template in the dropdown menu in the feeds content part.

I'm asking about replacement tag [RSS All]....[/RSS], not content part rss.

As always, for RTs [rendered output] it's just CSS.
