Just thinking about how its good for phpwcms to receive money...

Does the GPL allow phpwcms to charge a fee for removing the copyright notice from the front end?

So for example, for 50 euros you get given a key that will remove the copyright notice from the front end...

Community is not able to give an answer. And I will not give a public answer.

The GPL does not allow you by default to do so.
