Installing templates tutorial

Installing templates tutorial

I'm a total newbie with this cms. I downloaded a template by flipflop (layout07_2) which I would like to use. Does anyone know if there is an 'idiots guide' out there to install and use it, or where I can get hold of the template wizard I have read about on this forum? I am using 1.3.3
