I love IE

Post by phalancs »

Well, I know this title is very provoking, but somehow I just want to mention that I am really fed up with all those IE hating stuff out there. I know that there are issues with IE (this is why I am using IE based Maxthon browser), but most of all the problems i have ever had with layout and stuff was in combination with Mozilla.

You may all claim the opposite, but for me Firefox has never been a real friend. And to finish my superficial hating post, I can give you the reason for this: Its the Chairwoman of Mozilla foundation Mitchell Baker, who apparently created an Alter Ego with the fox. Look at this picture, she just looks like that fox, maybe it is her?

...ich bin auch ein bekennender IE-Fan... :D

Michael

Since the IE family has never been more than a (well done, I admit) brutal (and in real life you would certainly hang them if they would have tried it with a nation, for example) marketing trick to gain the ownership of all and everyones software and computers it is a damned duty to not obey but try do subverse these attempts in all and every way by not using it in the manner they want you to...
Never it will be my will being asked if I really want to clean my a** when ripping off some toilet paper and the attempt to get hold of the (browser / software / PC) world again by issuing IE7 is again nothing else.
Thy could have done better, but they don't want to. Why? Because still the aforementioned trick is working, doing it's duty to keep people away from new and better ones. Still these proprietary crap in there and .....
Remember the mid/late 80s: There has been GEM and a really very cripply windows 1.0 - guess which one would have been the better choice? Exactly, well guessing! But this example has been teaching us (still is teaching me) that it is not a matter of how well it is done but rather a matter of trickery to make it into your life. So nowadays we have to live with a second (or third) choice software world while proof of the better is done every day - without chance (really?) ...
So it is also a matter of spiritual behavior while using the worse to try to remember the better (also in a way of behavior) and to use it whenever possible.
Don't care about a teeth upped lady, phalancs, it's only a papered picture, not worth itself ;)

"...beschreibt Microsoft, wie sich der Zeitraum auf bis zu 240 Tage ausdehnen lässt, bevor der Server den Dienst quittiert."
They even believe that the human being is as dumb and silly as as fish (sorry, fish!). Proof: they let hang their bait into the water waiting 'til somebody swallows it. Like dealers hanging around schools hooking children...

Wait, wait, claus, stop!

Ok - I'm not going to say what I've intended to say

Ich benutze den IE 7 auch häufig und kann eigentlich nicht klagen...

Aber wer sich diese Rakete hier mal zusäztlich einspielt...
wird sich so manche Frage nicht nur stellen, sondern auch beantworten können
