css for my FORM and Captcha Question

Hello,
I'm a phpwcms newbie and have made some decent progress my first site. I'm depressed that it won't be as sexy as some of the ones I've seen on the "Sites Your Proud Of" portion of the group, but I'll have to evolve to that level in the future.
I have two questions, so far:
[QUESTION ONE] I am using the frontend and one additional css on my site. Where do I modify the formLabel and formLabelRequired for my form? They are coming out a different color than other content on the site. And, neither of the two css files I just mentioned have those classes included.
[QUESTION TWO] I see that some sites have created a "Get a new code" button for the Captcha feature to help with codes that are difficult to read. But, I don't see that as an option in my FORM settings. Can someone help with that?
Lastly, I am really trying to make good use of the Google Map feature I have seen on so many phpwcms sites, I'm sure I'll have questions on that eventually, but first I will need to try to muscle through it.
Thanks, in advance, if anyone is able to give me some insite.
Regards,
John
