The new release of phpwcms 1.1-RC3 is available at SourceForge.net

Before you update, don't forget to backup files and database.
Check that you have updated your database first. Have a look into the folder setup -> phpwcms_update.sql. Maybe you have to remove some # to update your installed version of phpwcms.
