it was the first thing i thought, in regards to your documentation i have been reading through it.

I looked at the data base and everything was set up, But when i try to log in i get another error:

Warning: mysql_pconnect(): Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: NO) in /home/hallowwe/public_html/temp/path_2_phpwcms/include/inc_lib/default.inc.php on line 25
Error while trying to connect to localhost

????

Maybe you have to uncheck persisten connections and maybe (I don't know your account needs) ou do not need to input db pass or username.
