setup - accept gpl license button not shown

hi,

i want to install a new wcms-site, but when i call the setup, i still can read the preamble for a half, the text is not displayed fukll and i cannot click the accept button.

also i see at the top

WELCOME TO PHPWCMS SETUP (VERSION 1.1-RC1 - 11/02/2003)

, but i have downloaded the latest version from april...?

does this just mean the setup is from february, but all other files are from april?

a little bit confused...

any ideas would be nice.

UPDATE: I have checked again the files - the setup folder wasn't uploaded completely, bt the ftp-prigramm showed me this...

what is the best ftp program you use?
