If you use the bookmarkservice del.icio.us (any other which provided your links as rss feed will work too) you can build dynamic linklists very easy.
go to your del.icio.us page and select the tags you want to provide, or any other option - the key is the RSS Link which is provided at the bottom of page. You can use selected tags or show all your last bookmarked pages or or or - just use the RSS-feed of the current page.
Copy this Link, go to your phpwcms-article and choose a contentpart "RSS Feed" and fill out the form
you can set an own customized template. But first take a look at the endprodukt
live example on my website
Now you can update your Bookmarks very easy, without login to you phpwcms admin panel or something else. If you use a firefox extension to save your bookmarks at del.icio.us it's very comfortable!
And if you are using flickr or stuff like Blogspot or wordpress, take a look at the Flock Browser which helps you very much in doing your digital homework!
(the drag and drop possibilities of the imageshack toolbar helped me a lot to save time to write/post this...)
Hope this might helped you a bit - have fun!
