Help ! How I can install a new template ?

I don't know Duetch and Iam very bad at English so please try to understand me.


I downloaded a template from "http://phpwcms-templates.de" but I don't know how I can install it.
There are installation instructions with the file but it is in Duetch.

I want only someone to give me a link that talking about installation or give me the steps to install it.
