Question about phpwcms

Hey I was just wondering is phpwcms is a good cms if I would like to include in flash(Dynamic Content). What I'm looking for essentially is a strictly basic cms that displays content I edit externally from the .fla. If anyone can help me out I'd greatly appreciate it.
