Page align=center & css/div rendering won't work

I install phpwcms yesterday and now i'm playing with it 
For so far its a GREAT piece of work!!
But i can't get the page align (and css/div rendering) working.
When i select these options and go to the site, everything is still centert
on the right and in de source i see still <table> tags.
When i look on several page's i see even there difference on the page's.
I don't have other template's or page layouts installed.

With a fresh install it works like a charm
