RSS content type with ISO-8859-2 encoding

I would like to fetch one hungarian RSS feed.
It works fine, but some hungarian characters "ő" and "ű" are replaced by "?" character.
The owner of the RSS use ISO-8859-2 encoding.

check if remote feed has correct charset setting. I guess it has not.

I dont know.....

rss ul is: http://24ora.index.hu/?rss&keres=&szerz ... &mode=arch
