Recipe language

Hi
I want to change the language in the recipe content part (1.3.3.2) As it is now some of it is in german. Does anyone know which file I have to edit to make these changes?

nromally check template in template/inc_cntpart/recipe

There are language issues with this content part in the back end as well.
