Can someone tell me how the Frontend Login works in 1.3.2.1 ?
I have always this error message:
Login error:
Login and/or password not valid.

It works!
First check that follwing config setting is defined:
Under template define target url -> normally page with content part FE login. Use "{SITE}index.php?aid=articleID"

Hi all,
it works fine for me.
Dont really understand it.
When i user loggs in i would like them to be directed to:
{SITE}index.php?id=16,36,0,0,1,0 i have setup this in the template section.
I have made a category that like this:
frontend menu status: hide
visible when active : not checked
visible for users logged on only : yes
How should i setup the user?
if i login with the admin, i see:
Nice to see you again.
You are logged in under admin
Need some guide please.
Best regards / M

If the selected user is only frontend user, he can not login.
If I change the user type to frontend and backend or backend user he can login.

This 1.3.2 version is really cool. Thanks Oliver !!!
If only I could get this FElogin to work
I can confirm. I have no trouble loging with a Backend User but...
no way I can login with a FrontEnd user
Also need to understand how to redirect a user to a specific section after login...
Cheers,
Yves

there's no need for FE-users to login !!??
because - by definition - they only have access to 'public' frontend!

How will you deel with restricting access to specific sections/pages to Front End Users ? I don't get it
Then... Is there something I did not well understood ?
Is my English so bad ?
Isn't it what we all been waiting for...?

I sure don't want to give BE access to my customers so they can login at:
http://mysite/login.php
This is NOT Open Bar
C'mon!
