Empty template/pagelayout -edit page

I install phpwcms 1.3.0 on host.
Than I create pagelayout and template and save it.
Pagelayout and template saved well in database. When I click on pagelayout or template name on admin-page I see the empty template/pagelayout -edit page

When I visit on my site I see the blank page

mysql_version 3.23.59
php 4.3.11
Apache 1.3.33

Hard to say as long as there is NO error - everything seems to be ok.

May be PHPWCMS can’t read ‘pagelayout_var’ and ‘template_var’ from database?

What type of content have you created in the Site Structure category/content parts to be shown in place of your {CONTENT} tag in the main template?

Think that you have to make an upgrade for pagelayout too when upgrading to 1.3.0. There was a change in 1.2.9.

Check setup/upgrade_pagelayout.php.
