I don't upload files (jpg, gif...) by panel admins.
I create catalog - OK.
When send image (root directory, any...) get message:
"Error while creating user directory." and Please do not try again - this is an server error! Contact the webmaster to tell as soon as possible!
what is? help me

I had the same problem,

check your log files, otherwise check the rights on the catalog you just created, it created one with the right 644 with me instead of 777.
