I have installed 130.What is betterto do now? 1) delete directory setup
or move it to another directory out of my document root?

Delete it, but keep locally, that's what I do, in case you need something from there afterwards. (normally you don't but one does never know). Keeping it on your server is allowing some dudes to see your config... better not
