website developer needed

We are a newly established Palestinian community foundation. We need a website developer to design a world-class website in English and Arabic from scratch. Please email DaliaAssociation@gmail.com for the complete RFP. Proposals will be accepted until 20 April 2007.

We only have a static page with our contact information. We are currently reviewing proposals for a developer to do a proper website. Although the deadline has passed, let me know if you are interested and we can discuss a possible extension.
