Datenbank (bestehend) Zeichensatz ausfindig machen und die dazugehörige Collation ... ganz oft und auf alten Seiten ISO und Latin1... das wird dann genau so bei der Nachfrage eingestellt. ü bleibt ü, und der Server kann die Datenbank ansprechen

For me the best way seems to be to take the new conf.inc.php and mount all needed variables via editor unless (for shure) all the other upgrades are needed as well. To bring phpwcms away from "have a nice day" wishes in conf.inc.php add
