VTS not available any longer?! [solved]

Hi there,
just did an upgrade to 1.3.0 and my VTS is now lost. Wanted to install it again, but whenever I download the archive from the emediafabrik-page i get an archive with the size of 0.
Anyone else has that problem, too? If someone has already downloaded the VTS-v1.4.1 could you please share it?
